This double glazed, pine, conservation window with laminated glass has a 1.3 uValue and is for recessed installations onto plain tiles with a maximum thickness of 15mm which is 3cm deeper than standard depths and comes complete with a flashing kit and an XDP insulation set.
Designed to suit traditionally styled, historic and old buildings, this FAKRO conservation window has characteristic features with a sash bar down the centre and a black (similar to RAL 9005) metal coating. With the FAKRO sash bar, this window maintains the distinctive historical charm of your building from the exterior while creating a contemporary and comfortable interior.
As the most popular type of FAKRO roof window, this centre pivot window operates using a two-part hinge which enables the sash to be opened in a series of positions to increase the amount of fresh air that can be moved into the room. Additionally, the sash can be rotated through 180° and locked to allow safe and easy cleaning of the outer pane. With an air inlet placed at the top of the frame, this FAKRO window has a 6% larger surface area compared to similar sized windows from other manufacturers which maximises the amount of daylight that can enter the room.
