This LWF three-section collapsible loft ladder has been designed to withstand fire and act as a barrier against flames in the event of an internal fire within your building. This ladder possesses exceptional fire-resistant qualities (E12: 30 minutes), making it an ideal choice for installation that adheres to specific building regulations.

Additionally, this LWF ladder features a unique unloading mechanism, eradicating the need for a traditional lock. Serving a dual purpose, this ladder provides convenient access to your loft while effectively functioning as a braze block against fire. Constructed from fireproof materials, the hatch incorporates an expanding peripheral seal that ensures tightness during a fire emergency. With remarkable fire resistance of 30 minutes, this LWF loft ladder provides enhanced safety.

  • Three-section ladder with handrail, stile ends and non-slip treads protruding from strings
  • Fire-resistant hatch with peripheral seal, white interior and cherry exterior
