With an array of tile types and sizes, this conservation flashing for recessed tile roofs from FAKRO is specially designed for standard FAKRO windows that are neatly finished and recessed into the roof line. Made from aluminium that is rigidly shaped, the flashing is malleable for tile profiles and has a durable, life-lengthening polyester coat. Black in colour (RAL9005), it suits various roof colours.
This FAKRO conservation windows has a single vertical bar down the middle of the window and black cladding to suit traditional aesthetics and look seamless amongst roof structures.
Tile flashing options for this window consist of: up to 90mm thick, perfect for deep profiled interlocking tiles such as Redland pantiles, Forticrete Centurion and Senator tiles, and more; up to 45mm thick, for profiled interlocking tiles like Marley Double Roman, Ashmore and Ludlow, as well Redland Landmark and Saxon tiles, and Forticrete Minislate and Hardrow; and up to 16mm thick, which suit non-interlocking plain tiles including Redland Rosemary Clay, Plain tiles, and Marley Acme and Ashdowne plain tiles, and more.
FAKRO flashings form tight and secure connections that withstand weathering, damp and structural damage. They are watertight and rigidly designed for rainwater drainage, as well designed to pro-long lifespan.
