Find out moreThis combination flashing from FAKRO has been specially designed for installing a block of six roof windows in a horizontal pattern to create three columns of two windows on a tiled roof.
This FAKRO flashing is made from aluminium as standard and coated with polyester for additional durability with a ridged profile in some sections for increased malleability to fit snugly around your roof tiles and windows where needed. With a grey, brown finish, this flashing blends in elegantly with most roofing materials. As a fundamental part of installing your FAKRO windows, this flashing is often overlooked however it is incredibly important. Enabling a gap of around 10cm between each window vertically and horizontally, this flashing provides a neat finish across all six roof windows with a tight seal between your roof tiles and windows.
Not only providing an attractive aesthetic, this FAKRO flashing also protects your windows and roof from weather conditions with effective rainwater drainage, eliminating the risk of water penetration into your roof. This prevents damp, condensation and structural problems from accumulating over time while improving the lifespan of your roof and windows.
This FAKRO flashing is available in a variety of tile type profiles to fit your roof tiles. For tiles up to 90mm thick, the flashing has been designed for deep profiled interlocking tiles including but not limited to, Double Roman, Sandtoft Shire, Redland pantiles, Double pantile, Forticrete Centurion and Senator tiles and more. The flashing for tiles up to 45mm thick has been created for profiled interlocking tiles that include Redland Saxon, Redland Landmark, Marley Ludlow, Marley Ashmore and Marley Double Roman tiles and Forticrete Hardrow and Minislate. For plain tiles up to 16mm thick, the flashing has been designed for non-interlocking plain tiles such as Redland Rosemary Clay, Forticrete, Redland, Ashdowne and Marley Acme plain tiles and more.
