It is a cost-effective, low-modulus, neutral, oxime cure RTV silicone sealant.
Made to resist bacterial attack and mould, this silicon sealant has a high viscosity grade to offer outstanding tooling and external weathering qualities. With low dirt pick up which is important in uPVC work, it is certified under the harmonised European standard EN15651 for sanitary, cold climate and façade applications in compliance with the Construction Product Regulation.
This Everbuild silicon sealant can be used for a wide range of projects, including parapet and roof weather sealing, general draughtproofing such as repair work over existing sealant and sealing soft metals like zinc, copper and lead as well as joint sealing and weather sealing to pre-formed panels. It can also be used as an expansion joint sealant and for sealing and as an adhesive onto uPVC, plastic trims and components as well as perimeter pointing externally and internally around uPVC/wood and all other window frames.
With an 18-month shelf life from the date of manufacture, this silicon sealant can be stored in its original unopened container in temperatures from 15°C to 30°C.
