Description

The corners have a slightly tapered finish because of how the coping stones are removed from their mould. Each corner is tapered no more than 10mm due to being handmade and is subject to the manufacturer's tolerances.

This Eurodec coping stone is made to order and resistant to UV in typical climate conditions. Thanks to its UV resistance, the colour will not fade in sunlight. As it is manufactured from natural, quarried materials, there will be variations in colour in different batches. It's also worth noting that the true finish will not be revealed until a period of exposure to sunlight and some weathering.

Please note:

You must not use acid-based cleaners on Eurodec Concrete Coping Stones.
It is advised that you test any cleaner on a small area before using it. Similarly, you must avoid high-pressure washers as the jet can damage the stone's surface and weaken the bond between the stone and substrate.
Staining can also arise from plants in the immediate vicinity.
Handmade parts are prone to 10mm tapering at the corners and manufacturing tolerances.

With the coping stones, you need a minimum of 30mm on each side of the wall

Unfortunately not, the flat copings are only available in this standard 50mm size.

Yes both of these stones will include drip grooves, please allow at least 25mm overhang each side to accomodate the grooves.

Yes all coping stones have the drip grooves located about 15mm in from each side and approx 10mm wide, so best to allow at least 25mm overhang each side to allow for this.

Is this product completely flat or is there a fall from one side to the other?

Answer:

This is a completely flat topped coping stone, using mortar it would be possible to lay these with a slight angle to provide a sloped element. Alternatively; once weathered coping stones are available with a single face sloping to one side.
