This is a common occurrence on both very low and high-pitched roofs as well as deep-ribbed roofing profiles.
It gets better. Specifically designed for use on high and low roof pitches, this DEKTITE Diverter is suitable for use on a roof pitch between 0° and 60° and is easy to install. There's no need to cut around the pipes, just quick straight lines for the square base. It can be used with standard pipes where heat is not an issue, with constant pipe temperatures up to 115°C and intermittent temperatures up to 150°C.

How do you install it on the metal roof do you just stick in down with stixall or something similar?

You will need a fixing kit.

Is this product only for 'Corrugated' roof or is the fixing band malleable for all roof profiles?
Answer:
It is a flexible flange part on this so you can bend/match it to whatever profile you are fixing it to.
Question:
what sizes does this fitting comes in, our biggest pipe is 610mm o/d, hole in roof needs to be 730mm so flange can fit through.
Answer:
This unit would not be large enough for you.
The below unit can accomodate pipe sizes between 380mm and 610mm and the base is 1006mm x 905mm so should over the hole in your roof.
