Yes this should still be suitable,m but if you have a hard/shiny GRP surface it may need to be keyed/scuffed up first to help it to bond.

You would need to sand/scuff the roof to help it bond then this can be brush applied.

Answer:
All Surfaces will need to be cleaned and prepared, removing as much of the rust as possible.

Where can I find the method of application details (i.e. how to apply this product, brush, or roller? etc.
Answer:
The Cromapol is a little too thick for a roller so application is normally best with a brush. No specialist tools are required just a standard firm brush.
