Made of glass-reinforced polyester resin (GRP), these FILON roof sheets are ideal for single-skin and double-skin assemblies and, where necessary, you can include insulating intermediate layers to meet current legislation with advanced insulation levels.
With excellent impact resistance, FILON roof sheets feature a highly durable, UV-resistant polyester film on the weathered face. This coating prolongs the sheet's working lifespan and prevents yellowing caused by UV exposure. In normal conditions, the sheet can last for over 30 years.
With more than 900 profiles, these roof lights can match current and discontinued asbestos cement and metal roofing profiles. They are available in different weights that meet Class C and Class B non-fragile ratings, following ACR(M)001:2011 guidelines.
Equipped with a Translucent finish, this roof light contains special additives that disperse light. As a result, it permits effective daylighting without forming hot spots or excessive glare.
