If you're looking for a tinted solution for your polycarbonate glazing sheets, consider this Axgard® Bronze UV Protected Polycarbonate Glazing Sheet. Due to its darker tint, this 4mm thick sheet provides shade and absorbs heat, which can help lower the internal temperature when exposed to sunlight.
This Axgard® Bronze's lightly tinted finish makes it perfect for a wide range of applications, including boat windscreens, covered walkways and protective overglazing. At just 4mm thick, it has enough flexibility for bending to create a curved profile. Thanks to its lightweight, it can be lifted and carried with ease and is easy to cut with nothing more than a fine tooth blade.
Made from a polymer resin, this Axgard® Bronze guarantees a strong and virtually indestructible construction. In fact, it is almost two hundred times stronger than glass. The sheets are also UV protected by an additional layer on both sides, which will ensure the sheets do not degrade over time due to the effects of ultraviolet radiation.
Its Class 1 fire rating and bomb blast-resistant properties ensure longevity and peace of mind. In the unlikely event that this sheet does become damaged due to a severe impact, its shatterproof construction will prevent it from breaking into tiny shards, like glass. Even when drilling during installation, it will not crack or fracture.
