The dimesnions refer to the external size of the kerb you would need to build to sit this on, and grey on white would mean grey on the outside and white on the inside.

The kerb you build will need to have external measurements of 1000mm x 2000mm and the kerb must be at least 70mm wide. The internal measurement all depends on the thickness of kerb you choose to build.

I can confirm the glass is 24mm (4mm/16mm/4mm) Blue Solar Control Self Clean glazing. This Glass is argon filled with Self Cleaning properties and a Solar Reduction rate of 61%. The U-Value of this glass is 1.2W/m2K.
