1000/32 Profile AntiCon Condensation Control Metal Cladding Sheets

A steel box profile sheet specially developed to control condensation and prevent dripping water in non-insulated metal buildings.

AntiCon has a high moisture absorption capacity; the fibre-microsphere structure covering the panel, is able to absorb an impressive 1 litre / m2.
AntiCon sheets are available with our Roofing Cladding Panels 1000/32. Plastisol and Polyester finishes in 0.7 mm. AntiCon comes in various colours to match your building.
By eliminating the dripping water created by condensation, AntiCon helps livestock stay dry and prevents damage to valuable goods and machinery.
AntiCon system is made of a non-woven fibre structure (using microspheres technology) bonded on the inside of AntiCon Roof Cladding Panels.

Storage, handling, preparation and installation

Sheets should be stored in the dry, undercover, and protected from dust and dirt to ensure a clean finish.

The underside of the sheets can be easily damaged if the sheets are not handled carefully.

Sheets must be lifted from the stack NOT DRAGGED across each other. Care must be take to ensure the sheets are not dragged across purlins but lifted into place.

To avoid moisture seeping up the end lap by capillary action, care should be taken to seal the end laps or create an end lap of 200 mm. To seal the end laps they must be treated with varnish (supplied on request or any varnish will do).

Brush apply for a width of at least 50 mm. The varnish must be allowed to dry before installing the sheets.
