It has been widely reported that there are some shortages and lead time challenges throughout the construction product industry.

At this time most of our deliveries are running to the advertised schedule with good product availability, but please be aware there can be delays in the courier and supply network that do fall outside of best endeavours to control. If for some reason there is disruption to your order, we will keep you updated via email.
We are working hard with our suppliers to ensure we have our products available within reasonable lead times. Furthermore, we work hard to ensure the availability, pricing, and lead times that we advertise are accurate, so that you can be confident when purchasing from us.
To help you even more, here are some tips to enable you when sourcing your building materials:
- Order early – if you have the space, order much earlier than you would normally do.
- Plan for the entire project – our team has the knowledge to make sure you get everything that you need ordered in advance.
- Consider alternatives – in most cases we source products from multiple suppliers so we will often have alternatives available, contact us for help.
